Message	:Today I got a speeding ticket for going 40 in a 35. The thing is that the officer did not pull me over until almost two miles after the said offense. By that time I was behind several cars and I was maybe going 25. :This will be my second speeding ticked within 8 months and I really don't want to deal with it. Is this worth fighting? If you have to go to traffic school and are in CA (Sorry but i'm writing this in a hurry cuz i'm heading out of work) you can use Code 41501A from the CA Vehicle Code Book to attend traffic school again. It doesn't matter how many times you've went already. The catch is that the judge has to allow it. Just hope he/she is nice and you should be good to go and it won't be rated against you on your driving record or insurance.
